Terms, Conditions and Refund Policy

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and supersede all others. Receipt of acknowledgement of order by you, constitutes your acceptance that our conditions are the only conditions that apply to the contract not withstanding any purported terms put forward by you.
  2. Account Payment shall be made in full by the end of the month following the month in which the invoice is raised, unless special settlement terms have been agreed by us in writing.
  3. As each Print Kiosk product is custom made to each customer's order we unfortunately cannot offer a refund unless the product is deemed to be of unacceptable quality or is faulty. However, Print Kiosk prides itself on its commitment to its clients and we will always endeavor to resolve any dispute amicably and in good time.
  4. If in the unlikely event you feel your order does not meet your expectation please contact Print Kiosk to arrange collection and return.
  5. In the event of dispute all collection and return cost will be paid for by Print Kiosk. On return, should the goods be found not to be faulty then Print Kiosk will be within their rights to invoice the client for all collection and re-distribution costs.
  6. All goods, delivered or not, remain Print Kiosk property until payment is received in full.
  7. The risk in the goods shall pass to you on delivery.
  8. All papers within 5% of order gsm weight are considered within tolerance and fit for purpose.
  9. Please note that we can not accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to delivery goods nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of Print Kiosk or any agent acting on behalf of Print Kiosk.
  10. In the event of non-payment Print Kiosk reserves the right to pass all debts to a third party for collection. Any costs incurred as a result of debt collection will also be passed to the client.
  11. Artwork will not be returned unless agreed in advance. Please ensure you retain a copy of you artwork.
  12. Whilst our turnaround times are a good estimate of usual service levels they cannot be guaranteed and are subject to variation. If you need an order for a specific date please contact us.
  13. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the rights of a consumer.
  14. Save in so far as defects in the goods cause death injury or damage to personal property, our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you in respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract value of the goods.
  15. Force Majeure: Print Kiosk will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising from any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.
  16. The contract between ourselves the Company and the Customer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
